ובחרת בחיים 2 – A salute event to the ZAKA organization
The event to salute the ZAKA organization and its dedicated volunteers on the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the birth of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, z”l, was held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the Tel Aviv Heichal Ha’tarbut.
The event was attended by the following artists: Yishai Ribo, Benny Friedman, Berry Sakharof, Sholem Lemmer and Omri Glikman (HaTikva 6).
The ‘Hassidut Be-Class’ Symphony Orchestra under the baton of musical director and conductor Yuval Stoppel in an exciting, unique and exciting evening – marking the 101st anniversary of the birth of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, whose songs, melodies and stories have accompanied and accompany the Jewish people to this day in times of peace and war with a high and moving Jewish emotion.
The concert series was initiated and produced by Yitzchak Rashi, with this being the 11th performance in the ‘Hassidut Be-Class’ series that he initiated and produced.
